Comments about NGK V-Power Spark Plug:
Works great in my 55 Chevy with a 63 327 motor. Better than the AC 45's that are no longer available.

Q:
If engine consumes a little oil, would this be the plug to use?1 answer
CUSTOMER CARE
A:
I'm happy to help, Dr. Don! If your engine only consumes a small amount of oil, such as a quart every 3000-5000 miles or more, this is typically considered normal. With some newer engines that operate at higher temperatures, oil with a higher NOACK value may help to reduce the amount of oil consumed. Spark plugs are not intended to remedy an engine that burns oil and I suggest sticking with the 'Exact Fit' spark plugs for your engine. An engine that consumes more than a small amount may need servicing. Blue smoke from your exhaust and oil fouled spark plugs are a tell-tale sign of burning oil.
