I installed these on my 2003 Honda Accord Coupe, 4 cylinder. These are the same plugs that were installed at the factory (I checked). I wanted to do a review because there is some question as to whether or not to use anti-seize compound on ngk plugs. The Haynes repair manual for the accords says to apply anti seize. NGK says not to apply anti-seize because it may cause you to overtighten the plugs, resulting in stripping the aluminum threads in the engine block. NGK also says they have already applied anti corrosion to the plugs. I used anti-seize because I didn't see the NGK notice about this until after I installed the plugs. I torqued the plugs in to 13 ft/lbs of torque. The car runs great, a noticeable improvement. If I were to do it all over, I would not use anti-seize as the 9 year old plugs came out easily so evidently it's not needed, but I think you're ok if you do use it. These are excellent plugs. Dealer will charge you $150 for a tune up ($22.50 per plug + labor. Do it yourself and save $120. It's an easy tune up.

The gapping is wrong, they state .044 but the original plugs from the factory which were the same as these were .04. I tried .044 and the car ran rough. But when changed to .04, the car ran like it did when new. I tried the Bosck Plus 4 Ir, which actually had better MPG and Horsepower but the car ran rough. You need these laser plugs for the Accord which is a bummer frankly!

I got these on sale and they are exactly like my original NGK plugs on Accord 06 EXL v4 with 93K mileage. Although the old ones were working just fine, decided to take advantage of the sale. It made car running little smoother. As mentioned by others, installation was easy. This brand is carried by my local Honda dealer too but with much higher price even with mechanic shop discount. I used Denso plugs on my Toyotas which are good too but they cost slightly higher. Highly recommend NGK.

I replaced the original plugs (same laser iridiums) at 150,000 miles and they didn't look bad at all! I was still getting good mileage and performance was fine. The choice was obvious when looking for replacement plugs.
