Comments about NGK Ignition Wire Set:

The wires appear to be of great design but I found several discrepancies.
1) There were six wires for a 2002 Ford Explorer V6, three short wire and three longer wires. The three for each side were all cut about the same length with one inch variance so I ended up with two wires being too long and one being to short. They all reach the appropriate plugs but following the original wire path couldn't happen.
2) The wires were not identified by cylinder number as advertised. Mine were all labeled number "3", not 1-6.
3) This is a big one.. One wire was not assembled correctly and the spark plug connector was about 1/2in too far inside the plug boot. I could not push the boot down far enough to make the metal connector reach the plug. I think the wire not in position when the boot was formed around it. I ended up trimming 1/2inch off the end of the boot so it would connect to the plug.
The warranty probably would have covered this but time was a factor and this item was an on-line order item only, not found in the store.
Once installed they all worked ok.

Comments about NGK Ignition Wire Set:

Very high quality for replacement. Used to replace the Original Equipment Manufacturer wires, which had crossfire damage at every point where two wires would be touching. Lengths were perfect for my application.

Comments about NGK Ignition Wire Set:

Purchased these as a replacement set.Was doing a spack plug change so decided to do a plug wire change also. [50k on engine] The wires are an exact match to oem, boot type, wire length,
plus the blue cable color really dresses up the engine compartment
