Comments about NGK G-Power Spark Plug:

Looking to tune up truck These plugs seemed to do the job and at a good price. I also changed the fuel filter and spark plug wires. I plow with this truck (2000 silverado)and I need to keep it running and keep the gas mileage as good as possible. The truck drinks gas while the plow is on and every little bit helps. So plan ahead and do these kind of jobs now so you're not laying in the snow and mumbling to yourself or shouting profanities to the neighbors! Good luck and only time will tell as far any improvements go!

Comments about NGK G-Power Spark Plug:

I replaced my original factory plugs after 88,000 and remember they looked pretty darn good when I took them out. The manual calls for them to be replaced at 90k. I had replaced them with the V-Power. 55,000 miles later on those plugs, the 2 of the 4 electrodes were more than half gone! I replaced them with these and so far so good. Time will tell how long these last.

Comments about NGK G-Power Spark Plug:

Good spark plug. Works even better with a high performace coil like the Accell or other high performace coil. Noticable improvement overall in performance and power even with an engine with 200,000 + miles on it.

            • Q:

2005 ford focus zx3 hatchback is the car I have. I want to get these spark plugs for my tuneup. I read that these come pregapped from manufacturer. I think though my car requres gaps to be .051 gap measurement for proper installation. Do I still need to gap these once I open the package ?

Hi Doityourselfer, glad to assist you! Yes, this spark plug though comes pre-gapped, it is always recommended to re-gap the spark plug according to your vehicle's manufacturer in order to avoid intermittence.
