Comments about Needa Parts Oil Drain Plug Universal 5/8 Inch / M16:

I had a slow leak from my transmission plan because someone had overtightened the plug and threads were slightly stripped. tried liquid gasket as "No-Leak" on the threads but that did not work. Decided to try this before getting into a more major repair and is working great so far.

you stick it in the hole in the pan and as you tighten the wing nut, the rubber part expands and closes of the hole in the pan.
