Comments about Needa Parts Fuel Line Repair Kit - 3/8" Connector, Straight with 3/8"x6" Nylon Tubing and Union:

I had the new line in boiling water on the stove and after 10min the line installed over the barb fitting o.k.
but the line on the car did not want to slide over the barb even after heating it for 20min .
With the line on the car it was hard to heat as the water cooled off two fast so I did heat it twice.
This is still your best option for fuel line repair with out buying a new fuel line assy.

I needed this to replace line and fittin that had cracked was leaking gas. I thought i was to buy a new assembly line. Just heat water to boil place both ends in said water for a few minutes, push lines together over brass link. voila just like new!

Hi David, I'm happy to assist you! This kit fits multiple GM and Chrysler models. As long as the sizes are the same it will work. You would have to match one by size to what is on the vehicle that can be fabricated into its place.

        A:

One side is a quick disconnect fitting. You would have to release the holder on the spring hose clamp pictured to allow it to clamp over the other end.
