  • Q:

how do you adjust a door so that shuts?

      A:

Great question, Cbread! I would first check to see if the strike plate has moved and attempt to realign that to the door if possible. If you need to adjust the door itself I've found an article from a well known periodical available online with some insight. For specific instructions to your vehicle make sure to look for a Chilton or Haynes repair manual for your vehicle. Sorry, with reference to this Dorman - Help Door Hinge Pin and Bushing Kit - 1 Pin, 2 Bushings and 1 Clip as we do not provide installation service for items other than battery/oil, we are unable to help you with an approximate cost for installation. I would suggest taking your vehicle to a certified mechanic for a proper diagnosis. For any further assistance, you may also visit your nearest Advance Auto store or call us directly at 1-877-ADVANCE (238-2623) and one of our representatives there would be more than happy to assist you.

  • Q:

Will this work for the upper front? Napa, Advance, Autozone, only list a lower front kit, yet to my knowledge usually it's the upper bushings that wear out first.
