I'm happy to help, Joe! This part is for the rear of your 1995 Ford Explorer. The correct part number for the front of the 2WD 1995 Ford Explorer is 9150S. This part number is not available at this time online on AdvanceAutoParts.com. I would recommend checking with your local store for availability of this part.
