    HELLO I HAVE A 2000 323CI BMW: 2.5L / 2494CC L6 FI VIN:M52

    I RECENTLY GOT AN OIL CHANGE DONE ON MY CAR THIS WEEKEND AND THE MAN TOLD ME THAT MY CAR IS LEAKING VERY LITTLE OIL. I ASKED HIM WHAT I SHOULD DO AND NEED HE MENTIONED I NEED TO BUY A RING LIKE THING THAT CONNECTS TO THE ENGINE OR TRANSMISSION. I DONT RECALL WHAT THE NAME OF THE PART WAS BUT HE SAID IT WAS LIKE A RING. I WAS WONDERING IF MAYBE YOU CAN HELP ME BY LETTING ME KNOW WHAT THAT PART WOULD BE CALLED AND HOW MUCH IT IS.

      The part I think that he is talking about is the rear main seal. I looked it up for your vehicle and it is around $18.
