Comments about National Oil Seal:

Great replacement over OEM seal. It is designed slightly different so that the lip rides on a different area than the original seal did. Easy to install.

Good OEM replacment rear axle seal

Pros

Cons

    Comments about National Oil Seal:

Solid replacement rear axle seal for the Ford 9.75" rear axle. Comes with a ring of sealant around the outside of the seal to prevent leaks between the seal and axle housing. Saves time by not having to add your own sealant. Grease the seal surface and it's ready to install. One nice thing is the seal lips are different shape than OEM so the new seal will be riding in a different spot than stock which will resist leaks by not being in the old worn spot on the axle.

        A:

This is a rear wheel seal that keeps dirt and water out of the bearing and it also keeps grease in.
