Comments about National Front Wheel Ball Bearing:

I am the same guy that reviewed this bearing once before in 2011.

This time the bearing was installed on another vehicle that used the same part number. I went back to the National brand.

The bearing appears to be of good quality and it was an exact fit. Disregard my "US quality" comment in the 2011 review. The part is now sourced out of China. I prefer to stick with US or Japanese made bearings, so the jury is still out on this one.

I drive 40,000 miles per year in this car and will update the review if needed.

Comments about National Front Wheel Ball Bearing:

The bearing fit and it was a good price. Not sure what happened but I have to replace it again after 18 months of driving. Luckily I did some front end work recently so it won't be hard to remove the hub, just a major pain in the the butt. Fingers crossed the passenger side is still good.

Comments about National Front Wheel Ball Bearing:

Part was an exact fit replacement of the stock part. Have put 1000 miles on the bearing thus far with no issues. Bearing was marked as Made in USA and the American made quality shows.

The 2 answers before mine are from morons. This is the SEALED REAR BEARING the front hubs have 2 taper bearings an inner and an outer.

Answered on 9/3/2010 by Jonnie from Ltown Indy
        • A:

This is for the FRONT. These are pressed in bearings (not like the old ones you are used to for rear wheel drive cars of yesteryear - those are the pair of tapered bearings).

The rear bearings for a Mazda 6 are mounted on a hub.
