Comments about Mountain Air Vacuum Pump:

Really haven't received the item but I have tested it and works great.
I paid via PayPal the dollar amount that appeared after completing the order and getting the order number was around $36 but then got the email and was actually charged $52.24 For that amount I would have been able to buy it here. When I called it appears there is no 24 hr customer care and there is no email for problems with orders. Trying to see if someone can help.

Comments about Mountain Air Vacuum Pump:

This is pure fluid mechanics at work. This has no moving parts to break and requires no maintenance. It's another tool that just works. With a 30 gallon 5-HP air compressor I was able to run 90psi line pressure (dynamic) to this unit and it was able to pull and hold 28" of vacuum with no problem. I highly recommend it.

        • Q:

if you use 90lb psi air there should be moisture in the air? &, how do you put the fluid to flush the system in
Asked on 5/2/2012 by Joe from San Antonio, Tx

          1 answer

          • CUSTOMER CARE

            A:

This Mountain Vacuum Pump Air with Part No. MTN8405 requires compressed air which means only a minimal amount of moisture is required. You basically need shop air to flush a system. The system needs to be broken down and each component is flushed individually, except for the compressor, dryer, expansion valve, and filter (if present). You can use mineral spirits or a can of flush which would be more than enough for one AC. For any further assistance please feel free to call 1-877-238-2623 and one of our representatives will gladly assist you with any questions or concerns you may have.
