I had the light throttle bucking that felt like a transmission problem. These are the improved design that won't break. The original equipment plugs can break, and I did break one. I used the lisle tool to remove the broken piece, which was a cake walk. 2.5 hours total to change the 8 plugs including removing the broken plug, and removing and re-installing the computer for improved access to the passengers side plugs. I recommend the 9/16 spark plug wrench as well. My drive-ability problems are gone! Great price as well!

How many do I need for my 2005 F150 FX4? I know it doesn't have plug wires, because I have replaced one before, but I forgot the name of them... Do I need to replace them also, or is it ok just to change the plugs?
