Need to do both. Easy to install Need a wheel Ailgment after getting them installed. Wheel Ailgment Saves tires wear. I found out the hard way. I did not have a wheel Ailgment then tires started to wear on the out side. I was toed in too much after repalcing inner tie rod ends.

            How do I no which Moog front inner tie rod end I need for my 2003, 1500,4wd, Z71 chevy ext. cab either ES3488 or EX370(rack steering type?) I think it is the ES3488 but not sure.
