Comments about MOOG Sway Bar Link Kit:
Installed in a 2006 f150 without removing sway bar. Just jack up one front wheel at a time remove the bushings with a knife on the old sway bar link and it will come out. The new one can be bended about 30 degrees at the lower joint and it will enter easily, just tighten the nuts and done!

Q:How do I remove old Moog Part No. K80338 sway bar link from 2005 F150 and install new.
A:With reference to your query on Moog Sway Bar Link Kit - (Part No. K80338), the installation procedure follows. Remove the lug nuts and the wheel. Remove the nut holding the sway bar link to the sway bar, you will have to grip the shaft below the sway bar so it does not turn. Use a socket wrench on the nut, and a wrench on the nut on the other side of the mounting point. Insert the sway bar link. Be sure it is installed the same as the original - the bushings are touching the sway bar - from the top: nut, metal washer, bushing, sway bar, bushing, metal washer. The lower link is simply nut, mounting point, smaller nut.Tighten the nuts. When tightening the nuts, again you will need to use a socket wrench, finally replace the wheel and lug nut.
