Just put this on the other day, it came in a national box the guy said moog was going to national. It was pretty simple to put on, I found videos showing step by step instructions on youtube. The only difference being they guy on youtube had bought the cheap brand and he mentioned that his came with a brand new axle bolt which of course this one did not come with that extra bolt but oh well they say this hub is supposed to outlast the cheap one. After reading a few other reviews people were talking like the cheap brand sometimes didn't even make it over one hundred miles before breaking again. I would still go with a good hub. The roaring stopped after I had put it on.

Great product from CHINA. No Axel Nut included that is needed to reinstall it properly. They do not offer it either to purchase. I went to Auto Zone and they had the complete style kits. They took the nut from another unit and gave it to me free. You need to replace the nut to properly install it and torque it to specs. I bought it online and got a great price to pick it up at the store but noticed the axel nut was not in box and they told me to go to dealer to get it because it is not offered. Check other stores and you will find it included the nut with the kit. Good price but incomplete and had to drive and call around to find it.

I'm happy to help, GTOwner! There are two possible spindle nuts used on your 2004 Pontiac Grand Am GT 3.4L V6. One is a pac-style nut that is painted black and the other is a solid gray nut. The first design (black) has a torque specification of 284 ft-lbs/385 Nm. The second design (gray) has a torque specification of 173 ft-lbs/235 Nm. The proper replacement axle (spindle) nut for your vehicle is GM Part No. 10289657.
