I agree with the other guy who said greasing this is impossible to get to all 4 caps. Mine however greased the one with the zerk and the 2 sides, never did get to the end.

MOOG did not drill the grease zerk hole straight nor was it tapped correctly. Looked like it was tapped with a hacksaw blade. After laying on my back struggling with installing the grease zerk (30 sec job right?) I had to pull the u joint back off and attempt to retap the cap thread, which since its heat treated potmetal it seems, it broke the tap off in it. Luckily it must have cleaned up the threads enough and was able to use a punch to get the broken tap out and install the zerk finally. THEN discovered it refused to let grease pass to the far opposite cap...absolute junk. Did fix my vibration issue but now after a week its back so guess whats getting pulled back out and thrown in the trash? For the price of this thing I feel I got robbed.

Comments about MOOG Driveline Products U Joint:

Product was suppose to be quality design. Issue is it has no grease fitting, it only has 1 grease "port" at one end of the four caps. When it's greased the lubrication does not travel into the whole unit, the grease only lubricates the opposite cap from the port and therefore the two end caps that the grease doesn't travel into FAILS. Had to replace both U-joints in the rear shaft after 12 months of driving, very disappointed in this design. Had to replace with a U-joint that has a grease fitting in the center spline, never again will I buy this kind

Problems began with my car a while ago. We thought the noises were something completely different than his 2 U-Joints. As time progressed, more noises and other driving abilities, became worse. AS my husband was attempting to fix 1 problem, sure enough, he replaced his U-Joints and that fixed almost everything!!!!
