Comments about MOOG Control Arm w/Ball Joint:

Moog is world known. One of the most durable and reliable brands there is. The Greasable links are great. The bushings are super durable. You do need an alignment after replacing control arms but new parts make the alignment easy. The one weird thing is the abs wheel sensor needs a loom holder since when you try to remove the old one it breaks. Kinda tough to find those. Probably best to have another person help when you're replacing it. Getting the spindle and knuckle all together kinda sucks but having a second set of hands helps tremendously.

Comments about MOOG Control Arm w/Ball Joint:

I needed a new ball joint for my Silverado. It was much easier to buy the arm w/ ball joint and replace the whole part without worrying about pressing the joint and needing a special tool. It turned out to be just a little more money using an online code and picking it up locally. Cake to install. Perfect Fit!

I'm happy to help, Mike! This MOOG Control Arm w/Ball Joint (Part No. K80942) will fit both the 2WD and 4WD 2003 Chevrolet Tahoe 5.3L V8. The control arm for the 2WD and 4WD are the same length. If you need a grease gun, you can add a Performance Tools Pistol-Grip Grease Gun (Part No. W54204) for pickup at your local Advance Auto Parts store as well.
