    Is it necessary to replace both bushings at the same time or just the blown out one? Also, will this stop it from passing a NYS inspection? Thank you.

      With reference to your inquiry on the Moog Control Arm Bushing Kit - Part No. K6578, it is not necessary to replace both bushing at the same time, you just replace the blown out one. However, we would suggest you to replace both the bushing to improves chassis performance and durability.
