Comments about MOOG Coil Spring Set:

I have a 2008 Mazdaspeed3. Its OEM rear springs rusted & cracked due to road salt & water. So I bought these MOOG springs as a replacement. They are supposed to be direct OEM replacement. They are NOT. They are about 1" longer, and as a result, my car rides about 1" higher in the rear, which does not look good. Not happy.

Comments about MOOG Coil Spring Set:

These coil springs fit perfectly. They restored the ride quality to a "like new" condition. They are a higher quality 'OEM' replacement for the original worn and broken Mazda 3 coils.

This product was superior compared to the original product that came with the vehicle. After I completed the order, it took only two days for the item to arrive at my front door.

        • Q:

I recently purchased a set of MOOG 81003 rear coil springs from Advance AutoParts for my 2008 Mazdaspeed3. After having them installed (for $390), it looks like the car sits about 2 inches higher in the rear than it did w/ the OEM springs. I am not liking this change. It does not look good, and it heightens the center of gravity of the car. Do you have any idea why the car is sitting so much higher?
