    Please compare Part No. 80170 , $131.99; and Part No: CC881 $149.99.
    I'd like to see close up, side by side. Why is the one with thicker bar and more coils cost less?

      I'm happy to help, Rgfoote! There are a couple of differences that are important to note. Part No. 80170 is a set of constant rate front springs for the 2002 Ford Focus Sedan or Hatchback. Part No. CC881 are variable rate rear springs for the wagon. Variable rate will have a more constant rate when unloaded and when loaded will better load carrying capacity. Constant rate have the same properties whether they are loaded or not.

      The correct front springs for your vehicle are Part No. 80172.
