      Yes, with reference to your inquiry on the Moog Ball Joint -part# K5333 you can very well replace just the ball joint instead of the whole control arm assembly on your 2003 Buick LeSabre. Replacing the ball joint depends on the skill level of whoever is removing or replacing the part. Some may have a harder time than others who have experience. I would recommend purchasing a Haynes repair manual specifically for your vehicle. This should be able to assist you further into detail on how to repair or replace specific parts.
