Comments about Monroe Shock-Mate Shock Absorber Boot Kit:

Bought these for a shock replacement project for the front of my 89' GMC Sierra C1500. They were easy to install and protect the shocks like I wanted. I'd recommend these to everyone who is in the market for a shock replacement because not protecting your shock absorbers from weather and foreign objects are why they don't last as long as they should. For a truck a year younger than myself, that is still going strong, it seemed like a bad idea to pass this up. Why not do it the best possible way?

Comments about Monroe Shock-Mate Shock Absorber Boot Kit:

I had bought these boots to fit onto Monroe OESpectrum truck shocks I bought. Unfortunately, they didn't fit at all: getting the boot onto the shock was difficult, and removing was even more difficult! I then spent some time reading reviews of whether or not to even use shock boots, and changed my mind about getting a larger size.

Worked perfect for my struts. Split end should fit well over the top of the shock where the piston goes into the cylinder. Don't forget to use the zip tie to button it up.

The Monroe Magnum Steering Stabilizer (Single Kit) is constructed from high quality urethane for maximum durability. Urethane is a family of rubbers and plastics materials that are used for making molds. Urethane rubber is widely known for its tough properties, being abrasion-resistant, economical, relatively simple to mix and apply, and flexible once it is formed into a mold.
