Q:will this work on a 4 wheel drive?
A:Glad to help, John! To check the exact fit application for the part number SA1932, please provide us the year, make, model and engine size of your vehicle.
Q:Monroe SA1932: may I see installation instructions please before I buy to see if I can do it myself ?
A:Hi Dick, glad to assist you! Installation Instructions : Straighten the front wheels of the truck, then install the U-bolt bracket included with the steering stabilizer kit onto the tie rod, the closest steering bar to the front of the truck, but do not yet tighten the bolts down. Extend the steering stabilizer shock all the way out, then push it back in halfway. Install the shock boot over the rod, then bolt the base of the shock to the U-bolt bracket. The shock can be mounted to either the driver's side or the passenger side. Fit the other end of the steering stabilizer onto the mounting bracket provided with the stabilizer kit, then mount the bracket onto the steering spindle. Tighten the bolts that mount the steering stabilizer onto the tie rod, ensuring that none of the parts will rub when the steering wheel is turned, then tighten the bolt that attaches the steering stabilizer to the spindle.
