I completed the front shocks a week ago using the Monroe Gas-Matic shocks and the ride and more specifically the handling was tremwndously improved. I didn't think the rears would make all that much difference at the time so I never purchased the rears. A week later while hauling a mid size load in my Ranger I was surprised at how much sway I was feeling. The new front shocks made it quite apparent that the poor handling I was now expieriencing while carrying a load was due to the rear shocks. I put on the new rear shocks picked up another mid size load and it was a night and day difference in the whole ride and handling. I should have done all this 50,000 miles earlier

I installed mine on a 1995 Ford Ranger. I got back under it a week later to change differential and the shock had oil leaking from it. I took it off and it was busted. Maybe it was a defective shock from the beginning but I wouldn't buy again.

I made my order on-line and it is so easy especially with a 20 percent discount. Also I take the advantage with a free delivery if order $75 or more. The nice thing about this is I don't have to come to the store instead have it deliver to my house within a week.
