  • Q:

I purchased the Monroe 90012 air shock conversion kit for my 03 Yukon Denali and received two different sets of installation instructions. One for the shock installation which is a piece of cake. The other is for the resistor installation to the existing wiring harness that plugs into the old shocks. The resistor instructions are horrible. I can't follow it and the pictures are too dark to make out any details. Do you know of any schematics that show the resistor installation or a better copy of what I received? Can't find anything on the internet about it.

I have a 2004 GMC Yukon Denali XL and its time for me to replace my front and rear shocks. My rear shocks are no good. Is this kit to replace the shocks or is it a device to bypass the auto ride leveler? I want to convert to a conventional non air ride suspension and was curious if this is going to allow me to change my front and rear shocks to be conventional.
