Comments about Monroe Air Spring to Coil Spring Conversion Kit:

I got this conversion kit when my air suspension went out in my ford expedition. I spent the weekend converting everything over to the new system. well in the process of converting the system I had to compress the springs to mount them to the vehicle and thats were the trouble started. when compressing the spring the coating was so slick the recommended spring compressor kept slipping. and as the springs were compressing just the movement of the springs began to chip the black coating off. it came off so bad by the time i got it on the vehicle most of it had came off and it started raining the very next day. So now i have rust on my new springs I guess i'll have to spray some rust remover on them and them coat them with spray paint that is the only thing i can thank to do.I would add a image but it's been raining for a week here but once it dries i'd be happy to get you some pictures of my rusted springs.

Comments about Monroe Air Spring to Coil Spring Conversion Kit:

My Navigator was originally the Air Hydraulic system but I found out that my springs were leaking air which was expensive to change. Finding this kit, converted my system to a worry free spring set that left me satisfied with more money in my pocket. I would definitely recommend this product to everyone.
