Comments about Metra Electronics Radio Removal Tool:

The tool work perfectly for my Ford Windstar. The actuator was broken so I had to remove the radio. It took like five minutes to take out the radio but I eventually got it. I'm not sure how I would have been able to take out the radio otherwise.

So simple and easy to use. The radio you are removing must have the 2 holes on either side to insert the wires into. It is durable, yet if forced too far could bend. Reusable over and over.

I'm happy to help, Boney! This Metra Radio Removal tool will work to remove the stock radio from your 1993 Ford Mustang Cobra. The Ford radios with the 2 holes on both sides all require these tools to remove the radio. For instructions on how to remove any parts of the dash that may need removal to access the radio I recommend a Haynes Repair Manual for your vehicle, Part No. 36050.
