Have been using this product since it came out. I hate thosse window shades and living in SC the summer months can be brutal on plastics and mine is black. Long lasting, can be streaky if you don't follow with a with microfiber towel afterwards. Buffing also gives a satine finish if you are like me and don't like the glossy look.

After applying two coats per Meguiar's recommendation. I wish it had just a little more shine to it. I applied one coat and another coat a week later before passing judgement on the product.
I'll pass on buying this product again.

Since Meguiar makes good products. I wanted to give this a try "first time" I wish they gave some spec's on this product..Contents?
It gives a semigloss finish which is good. If I'm looking to detail the interior. I've using products that have UV protection.
It would be really great if Advance Auto could talk the product vendors into answering questions about their products.
Anyway, I'll see how long this product holds up.
My fingers are crossed that I spent my money wisely.

This protectant is by far the best I've ever used and I've been washing my cars since I was in high school. It doesn't leave a greasy film, dries quickly, but it shines great; also, it lasts for days. You can buy cheaper brands but these one is worth your money. I recommend it.

Worth the $$. It went on easy and dried to a beautiful satin finish. After 4 weeks it still looks great and as not collected an abnormal amount of dust. Simply the best I have used after 45 years of cleaning my own vehicles.

I'm glad to assist, Dr. J! Meguiar's Ultimate Long Lasting Protectant is a polymer fortified, water based dressing suitable for both interior and exterior use. The polymers protect the surfaces from the damaging effects of UV rays. Most petroleum products should not cause damage to rubber uses on vehicles. Alcohol is a solvent and will generally dry or cause deterioration of rubber parts and possibly gaskets over time. The concentrations and types of alcohol and petroleum products being used can affect these results.
You can generally check a product's Material Safety Data Sheet and that may provide you with more information in regards to the product's contents. The manufacturer also will have a wealth of information in regards to the safety of their product with different materials.

Happy to help, Will! No, this is not suitable for headlight. We do have the Turtlewax 2 in 1 Headlight - Part No. T43, it removes light oxidation. It prevents oxidation and reoccurring yellowing.
