I purchased this product based on positive experiences with Meguiar's, but this tire gel was a waste of money. I feel like I had to use a lot of product in order to work into the lettering on the sidewall, even with an applicator pad. After applying the product, I wiped off any excess gel and let it sit for a few hours before driving. Even after wiping off the excess, the tires looked very "wet", in stead of a nice smooth clean finish. I went out for a short 7 mile drive and when I got home, noticed a good amount of sling on the side of the car and the gel seemed to pick up all kinds of dirt. Needless to say after spending a good amount of time detailing my car, the last thing I want to do is go back and scrub the sling off. I will certainly be searching for another product. I hope this tire gel comes off easily because I definitely don't want it on my tires!

I bought this based on the previous reviews that I read and I must say that I was disappointed. The main reason is because regardless of the amount that you put on your tires it seems that your front tires which would capture the heat from your engine diminishes the luster very quickly. I noticed that my rears would retain that shine however front do not. I can only attribute that to the heat. I notice that most gels I have tried have similar results, however Armoralll does last a bit longer however does not have the brilliant shine that gel has upon freshly applying it. There needs to be heat testing done on this product, once this is done then a remedy will be found a then the product will become wildly popular. Don't spend the extra money for this product because all you will get is a GREAT SMELLING gel.

Good value, high gloss, gotta use more than one coat and use correctly for long lasting value and appearance. One coat is not effective for long lasting appearance. Smells good. Tires look new and sleek. Great in intense sun areas. Not for dusty roads.
