Comments about MagnaFlow Direct Fit Catalytic Converter, Stainless Steel:

As others stated, bolts do not come with the pipe, that's alright. The two gaskets that came with the pipe were slightly damaged from being shipped loose in the box, but still usable. In the middle of my install found out the rear gasket was the wrong size. Had to stop work and run to store, wasted an hour (and gas).
Don't tighten the front until you get the back lined up and tightened otherwise it will be a fight to get the rear pipes lined up.
It is NOT an exact fit. I managede to get only 1 of the 2 heat shields reinstalled (upper) the lower heat sheild wasn't even close b/c the flex pipe is much shorter on this replacement.
The pipe connects on both ends okay but the gasket and heat shield lowered it to 3 stars.

Comments about MagnaFlow Direct Fit Catalytic Converter, Stainless Steel:

Truthsayer is right, you'll need the bolt hardware he suggested. I also needed an additional catalytic converter gasket because it only came with a gasket for the front flange (bent up too since magnaflow didn't secure it in the shipping box and the pipe crushed it a few times).

I have this on a 1994 2.2 camry and the stock aluminum pipe covers don't fit. Not a big deal because the pipe has a better flow to it than stock. Bolt the cat side on first, then the front to get it to fit.

I didn't have to spend this much to simply repair the issue I had, but it was worth it to get the whole section new, not worry about paying to weld, and getting a great flowing pipe complete with catalytic converter that will last me many years.

Overall, if the price you get it for works for you, you'll be very happy you chose to get this piece.

Comments about MagnaFlow Direct Fit Catalytic Converter, Stainless Steel:

I and you'll love everthing about this option for a new flexpipe/catalytic converter. Great quality. Also comes with the gaskets! The only negative is that the rear mounting holes on the flange are larger that the original. You will need 2 new bolts, nuts and oversize washers to make the connection. Chances are the old bolts were rusted and could'nt be reused anyway. You'll probably have to cut them off. I recommend 10MM, fine thread, grade 8 bolts, nuts and WASHERS so they don't deform over the larger holes in the flange. Way cheaper than a exhaust shop!
