I used the product to re-attach a pulley wheel that came off the main drive wheel of my car engine. The pully wheel holds the belt that runs my AC and water pump. It held fast for nearly 2 years. Saved me nearly $1800

JB Weld is a specially formulated two-part epoxy cold weld system that provides for strong, lasting repairs for bonding different or similar surfaces, such as aluminum, metal, composites, fiberglass and others. It sets in 20-25 minutes at room temperature and is fully cured to a dark grey color in 15-24 hours. Once cured, it can be shaped, tapped, filed, sanded and drilled and will retain its strength above or below the waters' surface. This part JB Weld Marine Weld Epoxy, Part No. 8272 cures as strong as steel, and is water- and weather-proof. It's impervious to saltwater, chemicals, oil, acids, and other corrosive materials, and tolerates extreme temperature fluctuations. Packaged in two tubes. One contains liquid steel/epoxy resin, and the other contains hardener. When mixed together in equal portions, a chemical reaction occurs that turns the mixture into a compound as hard and tough as steel and with similar properties. Use: as an adhesive, laminate, plug, filler, sealant, and electrical insulator. The Properties (psi) are: Tensile Strength: 3960, Adhesion: 1800, Flex Strength: 7320, Tensile Lap Shear: 1040, Shrinkage: 0.0%, Resistant to: 500° F.
