My system stopped taking the freon at about 37 psi, so that is where I left it .... in the blue Filled zone on the gauge. Chart on can said to shoot for about 50 psi with temperature adjustment, but I have learned from experience to charge until more presses on trigger no longer move gauge dial. System had shown bubbles in sight window, initial pressure reading was 17 psi, so can more than doubled pressure with some 40% of freon still available in can. Like being able to reuse the product, old R-12 cans were a one-shot deal, lots of waste. Remember when consumers couldn't even buy the new R-134 for home install, very little gas escapes during this process. The connect valve is a great design, pull back outer ring and release when fully on low pressure side (Blue Cap) valve. No leaks at connection during process. I shook can, then pressed trigger, hard to do both simultaneously with hose length. Very chilly A/C now!! Make sure hose is firmly connected to can male thread, but plastic threads, do not over-tighten!

Comments about Interdynamics EZ Chill R-134a Refrigerant Plus Oil with Leak Sealer (18 oz.):
It did what I needed it to do. I am not sure the can I got had 18oz in it. My vehicles ac was cooling but not very well showing it wasn't that low on freon. I charged my ac and it is working great now but my can is almost completely empty. The can has a flimsy nozzle and it is easy to discharge it unintentionally so it probably lost some freon on its journey from the factory to my home. In the end my ac is now working great and it only cost me a little over $30. If I took it to my local shop it would have easily cost me over $100.

Comments about Interdynamics EZ Chill R-134a Refrigerant Plus Oil with Leak Sealer (18 oz.):
Okay, so the negative reviews on here are almost all about the short charging hose. You can see that the hose is short in the picture. So unless you didn't know where your low-side port was, you shouldn't have bought this product in the first place without actually looking at the picture. If you buy something blind like that, you are of course going to be dissapointed.
On my 1999 Ford Taurus LX, the low-side port's on the top of the engine near the passenger strut tower and easy to hook up to the can, the hose has enough length for me.
The gauge works great and connecting it to the port is pretty easy.
My favorite part about this is the re-usable hose. The EZ Chill refill cans for this are pretty cheap, around $13 or so.
I would absolutely buy this. Don't beleive the negative reviews. Look at the picture first before you buy this. You can see how short the hose is. See if you'd be able to rotate the can based on the location of your low-side port. If it's hard to get to, i'd go with something that has a longer hose!

When you log in with a particular vehicle the web site tells you if item is compatible. For my KIA it said it was. Die to location of the Lower A/C connection it was impossible to rotate can making it difficult to extract the freon

Other reviewers said same thing that the hose would be too short to do the 12 to 3 can invert. I had to keep disconnecting can to do that.
Clearly not the best way. Product was fine but I will need more to get charge up

I was very low so 1 bottle helped but did not fill my tank up, so I will be more than happy to get a second bottle. Used a thermometer and it got into the 30's in my car. Better than 60's or 70's that was blowing before. Spent 20-25 minutes over 2 days filling it and was probably the easiest thing I have ever fixed for my vehicle. I am just dissapointed it took me until late July to do what I should have done in April. I will buy a 2nd bottle to have and I will highly recommend this to everyone that I know.
