My system stopped taking the freon at about 37 psi, so that is where I left it .... in the blue Filled zone on the gauge. Chart on can said to shoot for about 50 psi with temperature adjustment, but I have learned from experience to charge until more presses on trigger no longer move gauge dial. System had shown bubbles in sight window, initial pressure reading was 17 psi, so can more than doubled pressure with some 40% of freon still available in can. Like being able to reuse the product, old R-12 cans were a one-shot deal, lots of waste. Remember when consumers couldn't even buy the new R-134 for home install, very little gas escapes during this process. The connect valve is a great design, pull back outer ring and release when fully on low pressure side (Blue Cap) valve. No leaks at connection during process. I shook can, then pressed trigger, hard to do both simultaneously with hose length. Very chilly A/C now!! Make sure hose is firmly connected to can male thread, but plastic threads, do not over-tighten!

Comments about Interdynamics EZ Chill R-134a Refrigerant Plus Oil with Leak Sealer (18 oz.):

Product works great and if not for the EXTREMELY short hose would be 5 of 5. 2003 Chevy Malibu, the LP connection location is terrible. But the short hose makes matters worse.

Comments about Interdynamics EZ Chill R-134a Refrigerant Plus Oil with Leak Sealer (18 oz.):

I converted my collector '88 Reatta to 134 a couple years ago. The computer was telling me that the refrigerant was low. I bought this because of customer ratings and found it easy to use. The car A/C has been working excellently this season. I used this product about a month ago.

I read some reviews that said it was difficult to attach or it was flimsy. I found this not in my case. The little car's engine compartment is pretty tight. However, it is configured for easy access to the hook-up valve. I also thought that the gauge was well suited for its purpose.

Comments about Interdynamics EZ Chill R-134a Refrigerant Plus Oil with Leak Sealer (18 oz.):

Worked exactly as described. I cannot yet say whether the stop leak is working, but the gauge in on the can works as it should and it was easy to use. The only downside is the short hose. Not an issue for me because my low side port it right on top, but it could be a little tricky for some others.

It has been three years since I used it on my 2008 Honda Accord. A/C has been working pefectly since.
My a/c system totally frozen ( I mean frozen with ice ) my aluminum lines and no air coming out of my vents because the evaporator must have been totally iced up also.
Just driving along the highway, the start of my summer vacation and no a/c! Panic! Just a can of this stuff and my vacation was saved and a/c permanently repaired!!!

AFTER 1/2 Can used.....Gauge would not move further. The A/C was very cold with 1/2 Can infused, but hoping to maximize the A/C I infused entire Bottle....Gauge was useless, line was a little to short to shake can as directed without smacking engine compartment at times. After entire can infused AC worked better than ever for entire Spring and Summer.....SO IT WORKS!

Hi Dino, glad to serve you! This product will work fine on your 2007 Chrysler Pacifica 4.0L as the R-134a refrigerant is compatible on all 1993 and later vehicles. As there may be some other reasons for this problem, I would suggest that you to take your vehicle and get it thoroughly checked by a certified mechanic before buying any parts that may/may not solve the problem.

Hi Erin, good question! There is a possibility that your clutch or the low pressure switch itself could be bad. You can check the clutch using a volt meter to see if there is 12 volts at the compressor clutch wire. If not, check the relay. If that is fine, check the high/low pressure switch. Make sure if you have 12 volts going through it or just check for continuity.

I'm happy to help, Jerry! The Interdynamics EZ Chill R-134a Refrigerant Plus Oil with Leak Sealer is designed to work with your original system's refrigerant and oil as long as your have a vehicle that uses R-134a. If your vehicle uses R-12 refrigerant you will need a retrofit kit to upgrade to the R-134a.

If you are planning on retrofitting, make sure that you have the ability to properly recover the R-12 refrigerant as it is illegal to vent off into the air. If you need help with proper recovery and refill of your air conditioning system, please try our 'Need expert help?' link further down this page.

                            A:

I'm happy to help, Phil! This product is a universal type product that will work on most vehicles that use R-134a refrigerant and would work for your 2004 Buick LeSabre 3.8L V6. If you have further concerns in charging your air conditioning system, I recommend working with a mechanic that specialized in HVAC. Hi Teresa, glad to assist you! Instructions to add freon: Open the bonnet, and locate the plastic reservoir to the left of the engine block. Remove the reservoir cap and set it aside. Place the funnel into the reservoir, and pour in coolant until it reaches the fill line. Remove the funnel, replace the cap and shut the bonnet.

Hi Mike! There really isn't a way to tell exactly how much you need. The only real way to have the correct amount put in the system is to evacuate and vacuum down the whole system and then recharge it with the proper amount. Wait until vehicle is completely cooled off. Fill the radiator until it is full. With the radiator cap off, start vehicle. If fluid goes down, pour more in until it levels off. Shut vehicle off and put the cap back on. If reservoir is low fill it to proper level.
