The Roll/Control Switch incorporates a micro switch for an immediate and accurate release. Includes 2 feet of wire for installation hookup to the Roll/Control, nitrous systems, trans brakes or other 12 volt accessories. The Hurst Roll and Launch Control switch is used with Hurst Roll Controls to keep your stick shift car out of the staging lights until you're ready to launch. Controlled by a solenoid valve attached to a switch(Hurst Roll and Launch Control switch) on your shifter, roll controls keep you from rolling by locking your front or rear brakes. When you hit the switch, your brakes are unlocked and you're ready to hit the throttle.
This product is used mainly with drag racing vehicles.
Hurst Roll Control button switches have the edge with a microswitch and 2 ft. of wire. These switches deliver immediate and accurate releases with a capacity of 10 amps. The included wire makes installation hookup a snap.Answered on 11/19/2009 by Mike from Advance Auto Parts
