Part No. 800001366 Warranty Details
Engine performance is affected by everything from carbon deposits and corrosion to heat and friction. it is the best for my engine. when i add this to a full tank of gas, the automatic shift from first gear is smoother. if it is a valve sticking, this helps lubricate and makes the van run nicely, as well as cleaning my engine.

Comments about Gumout All-In-One Complete Fuel System Cleaner (6 oz.):

Put one bottle in the 19 gallon tank of my '01 DeVille. Only 50k on the clock but the highway mileage had slipped to just over 20 mpg. By the time I refilled the tank, mpg had climbed to just over 22. Still horrendous but that's what the car gets. This stuff got me a 10% increase in mileage. I would have chalked it up to my imagination if not for watching the mpg change on the dashboard computer right away. I suspect my injectors were clogged from years of cheap gas with too little detergent.

where do you pour the injector cleaner in the car

        A:

Instructions: 1. Fill your gas tank up. This is important because the fuel injector cleaner is a chemical that your car is not meant to run on and the less gas in the tank, the more diluted with cleaner your fuel will be. If too much cleaner passes through the engine, your car will run poorly and could stall. The more gas in the tank before adding the fuel injector cleaner, the less concentrated the mixture will be, allowing your car enough gas to keep going. 2. Pour an entire bottle of fuel injector cleaner into the gas tank. 3. Drive your car as normal and do not refuel until the tank is just about empty. This will ensure that you get an optimal mixture of gas and fuel injector cleaner, as adding gas too early will disrupt the ratio of fuel injector cleaner to gas and will not clean your fuel injectors properly. Another reason not to refill your tank too soon is that as your tank empties, the fuel injector cleaner will be able to clean out the deposits that sit at the bottom of your gas tank.
