Comments about Gila Peel and Cling Window Tint - 20% VLT:

Our front passenger window is not tinted. When driving for vacations or just longer trips, my wife tends to get baked by the sun and is not happy about that. Portable sun screens didn't cover very much of the window, but this film could be cut to the exact size. Applying it without bubbles is not easy and takes a few tries. But my wife is now much happier because the heat of the sun is greatly reduced.

Comments about Gila Peel and Cling Window Tint - 20% VLT:

I thought this would be something different than cheap vinyl static cling, but it is not. It is the same stuff that the logo windsheild shades that used to be available int he 80's.
Now imagine doing an entire rear window with one big sheet. Needless to say, it does not stick, and it is the opposite of transparent.
I wasted my money, it is going in the garbage.

Its not the best but it served its main purpose. Its not professional grade but you pay for what you get. I gave it 5 stars because it was exactly what I needed.

            A:

Hi M, good question! The film fully cures over the next week to 10 days. Dry, sunny weather speeds curing; wet, cold weather prolongs it. During curing, the film may initially look hazy or cloudy; this effect will disappear with time and/or exposure to heat (i.e. the sun or a hair dryer).
