It's below the cowling at the base of the wipers on the passenger side. You have to turn your wipers on and then take the key out when the wipers reach the top. Then remove those plastic screws on the plastic cowling and move the windshield washer fluid hoses to the side so they're not in the way. The cowling comes out pretty easily; just be careful not to break the screws/clips. You can then see the filter down there. Reach in and try to bring it up without knocking any loose dirt/leaves into the opening. Then just put the new filter in and make sure it sits right and you have it installed the correct orientation.

The filter is located below the windshield, passenger side. The black plastic cover must be removed to access the filter. You simply raise the hood and remove 3 plastic clips, and the washer hose from it's holders. This will allow you to remove the plastic cover over the filter.
