Comments about Felpro Valve Cover Gasket Set:

Bought this for redoing the valve cover on a 98 Dodge Neon that was leaking oil. The gasket was easy to apply. The rings were much tougher. But once applied & engine resealed, it has stopped leaking oil.

is this the same thing as an o ring

Not necessarily, this is a gasket for the valve cover and not an o-ring. However they both do serve similar purposes of sealing two separate pieces together with out any leaks of any sort.
