Hi Zach, glad to assist you! Yes, this automatic transmission kickdown stud would be ideal for 1984 GMC Sierra K2500 as it is designed to retrofit an Edelbrock carburetor to accept the original kick down cable from 1968 - 1986 Chevrolet vehicle equipped with a th350, 200R4 or 700R4 automatic transmission.

  • Q:

I have a 1993 nissan altima. My gas pedal has stoped working.I have to push the pedal all the way to the floor board before it catches or basically before i can accelerate at all. Is there some kind of a spring that broke or what part could help me fix this problem? Thank you, I appreciate your help.

There is a little bar with a white ball on each end which is the part of the throtle linkage, the plastic ends may wear out. Just try replacing with that arm. You would need to check the transmission fluid. If the fluid is burnt and black chances are you need a transmission. Otherwise a valve body may fix it. Also when it gets scanned the codes can help you diagnose as well.
