E3 Spark Plugs are the product of years of fundamental research in the combustion field. The unique patented electrode configuration of these new E3 spark plugs increases the amount of combustion pressure created during each power stroke of an engine, which results in a marked increase in power output, fuel economy, and reduced emissions in all gasoline engines.

Product Features:
  • E3's DiamondFire edge to edge electrode provides maximum performance with increased efficiency and a faster more complete burn
  • Smoother Acceleration & Idle - The faster flame initiated by the E3 spark plug results in a more complete burn of the ingested fuel charge. More pressure is created against the piston more fuel is put to work
  • Energy - Power output improved by 6% on average in the typical operating ranges
  • Efficiency - E3 "diamond shaped" side wire electrode projects the combustion spark in a way that more quickly ignites the air/fuel mixture, thereby creating a significantly faster and longer flame kernel
  • Emissions - E3 provides a cleaner burning combustion, which translates into fuel savings and reduced engine carbon deposits
  • E3 Spark Plugs are pre-gapped at the factory to meet O.E. requirements
  • E3 Automotive spark plugs are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a limited 5 years or 100,000 miles from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover plugs installed in any modified engine or used in any racing, aircraft, or commercial application. Spark plugs damaged by abuse, accidents, or improper installation or applications are not cover by the warranty.

Bought these in September and by March with less than 3000 miles on them 2 were misfiring and 1 of those 2 was completely melted through. I mean torched not even just burned out, torched. I am lucky these plugs didn't cause any major damage to my engine, that I know of yet (knock on wood). Long story short I will never buy these again and will tell everyone I can not to buy this product or any E3 product. Thankfully Advance returned them as defective.

I would hate to be stranded because I used these plugs. Look I have a 79 camaro, I tried these and broke 3 (in the same spot) in different locations in the car. If you have a bad angle I can understand breaking a plug, but I treat these things like gold and still if you nick, install plug wire to hard, anything CRACK a perfectly split piece will be laying in your hand where it meets up to the threading. So if you use these, better keep the old set you took out. Because for me at 6.09 a plug and x 8 cylinders.....uhhhhh Not the American dream throwing money down the tt

I used to be absolutely sold on E3 spark plugs. I put a set in my 1991 Ford van and they were flawless for 10 years. BUT, I think they've changed something in these plugs. I recently put a set in a 2000 Ford Taurus and one of the plugs went bad within a month. I wasn't happy with the way it was running so I pulled all six and replaced them with another brand.

Comments about E3 Premium DiamondFIRE Electrode Automotive Spark Plug:

Bought into the "better than standard" plugs info and they praised them on powerblock TV. Yeah, they are better than a standard ancient autolite, but compared to a platinum or iridium, not even in the same ballpark.
2 days after installing them my #6 cyl fouled, had 170K on my 4.3 at the time, realy ticked me off, grabbed an old OEM delco plug with 170k on it,( one of the plugs I took out!) installed it and have been running it ever since with no problems. I now have 225K on the motor and just to lazy to remove the rest of the E3's. I will be going with NGK iridium plugs next, buy OEM or NGK, don't waste your time on any others.
Don't care if E3 gives me money back, I'll return them with a nice letter.

Comments about E3 Premium DiamondFIRE Electrode Automotive Spark Plug:

Oh my Lord, I do not know how this managed to happen Wednesday night, but when I was driving my truck home, i noticed a loud noise coming from under the hood right, when I opened it, the E3.62 spark plug was out of cylinder 3, i dont know why it came up out of that cylinder head on it's own, the diagnostic scanner was showing DTC P0303 Cylinder 3 misfire detected. the top of the spark plug where the wire snaps onto is missing, stuck in the wire, some of the wire melted onto the plug too, I only done had them plugs pver a year since 4/24/13 and that had to happen all of a sudden. I dont know if the plug was loosening in the cylinder and then decided to pop up out of that cylinder or what. I hope that the thread down in there is not stripped. plus on the plug it's looking corroded already where the diamond part is at where you cannot gap it at. Worst spark plugs ever. Do not buy just because of the benefits and details that it says it suppose to do. Even though they carry a 5 year replacement if defective. I do not know if I wanna exchange the old ones and stick with a set of them again, I recommend Autolite and Motocraft over the E3 Premium DiamondFIRE Electrode Automotive Spark Plugs.

Comments about E3 Premium DiamondFIRE Electrode Automotive Spark Plug:

I bought these just over 2 years/30k miles ago for my '03 Navigator (5.4l 32 valve). Worked great as described. Problem was 2 years later the engine started to "hiccup" and later misfire. These plugs had corroded/burned. Although they did everything they advertised I feel the life span was way too short.

Changing plugs on this truck is not easy, it's close to a 3 hour job. I switched to a double platinum plug which has a 5 year guarantee. Same performance with much better durability. On sale the new plugs were actually less expensive that the E3. It's important to use "DOUBLE" platinum, otherwise one of the electrodes could still corrode too soon.
