I bought this part in October and had a mechanic install it. It is now April and I am already needing to replace this part again. So I would NOT recommend. Next time I will spend the extra money to buy a better quality part. Very disappointed!

better off ordering from Pro-choice if you have two days to wait. then you can get a hub for 30 dollars with a 3 year warranty.

perfect fit, works as intended, need more time to review

Comments about Driveworks Wheel Hub Assembly:

this product works as intended, fit was perfect and it solved the issue I was having with the old Hub being bad. The only reason I gave this product three stars rather than more is because I have only been driving on it for a week, I feel more time will tell me more about the quality of the part. I have used other Driveworks products in the past and have had success with them!

  • Q:

why is there a threaded hole in the hub?
Asked on 4/20/2014 by tom from carneys point, N.J.

    1 answer

    • CUSTOMER CARE

      A:

I'm happy to help, Tom! There are 3 threaded holes in the Driveworks Wheel Hub Assembly. Those holes are to bolt the hub assembly to the steering knuckle. If you are speaking of inside the assembly, that is for the splines of the CV axle to connect and drive the wheels. What you see covering the hole is the sensor wire wrapped up with a plastic holding piece to keep both the assembly and wiring intact during shipping and handling.
