I purchased a set of these for my 1999 Grand Prix GT because they were $50 cheaper per wheel bearing than the next model up, however now after only 10,000 miles both side are already worn out so I am now buying the better ones. Moral here is that you get what you pay for!

Comments about Driveworks Wheel Hub Assembly:

I used the product as a replacement for my old wheel bearing hub. The old ones was worn and you could tell the difference in the way the car was driving. The great things about this product is it provided a great performance and difference and the way the truck drives now it's more smoother and it doesn't make that loud noise any more. Their are many improves that my truck may need and I am pretty sure that advance auto parts is where i am going to come get my parts from. The convince of ordering on line and picking it up in store was great for me don't have nothing bad to say about the product I purchased.

Comments about Driveworks Wheel Hub Assembly:

Jay-You-N-Kay..Junk. Bought this bearing to replace the rear (original) wheel bearing on a 2003 Oldmobile Silhouette AWD Mini Van-(Unfortunatly, GM decided to integrate the wheel speed sensors in the bearing assemblies in their mini-vans. The speed sensor in the original bearing wore out)This PofS lasted just over 1 year and the bearing assemble just wore out. Started howling and groaning. Had to be replaced. Luckily AdvanceAutoParts was AWESOME and gave me credit for the old bearing towards a new one. Got the Moog/Timkin bearing this time. MUCH better! Pay the little extra $$ and get the Moog/Timkin bearing assembly. You get what ya pay for, and in this case it is WELL worth it!

Comments about Driveworks Wheel Hub Assembly:

Replaced a factory bearing that had lasted over 10 years, some what easy job. Took car in for annual inspection and car failed partly due to this bearing it was not noisy but clearly had free play. It added 300 to my bill that should not have happened My mechanic asked me if i bought a drive works from advance auto and I said yes. he said they have a history of poor quality bearings .strange as it is I told a coworker about my wheel bearing story and he medially said drive works right. I have had great dealings with Advance but I will never buy another drive works product again .

Comments about Driveworks Wheel Hub Assembly:

This will be the third wheel bearing I have gone through in less than a year and they aren't getting any better. Advance is now trying to tell me they will only warranty the part one time for failure, which that is not outlined in the warranty terms. I will be taking my business to a competitor that does fair business from now on.

Comments about Driveworks Wheel Hub Assembly:

I put this on a 2005 Chevy Uplander AWD and it fit perfectly. Since the sensor is built in, it is much easier to replace the whole assembly instead of trying to tear it apart to replace just the sensor. You probably couldn't even do it with out some kind of press.
