JUNK!!!

About Me Mechanic

Comments about Driveworks Wheel Bearing:

I put this in my F150 and drove a total of 12 mile when it completely fell apart. I will be lucky if I can get my axle polished well enough for the seal to work now, otherwise I will have to get a new axle because of this junk bearing. DO NOT BUY THIS BEARING. spend the extra money on a good bearing.

Hi Zimmie, great question! Yes, you will need to remove the axle shaft for replacing the rear wheel bearing on your Dodge Dakota Sport. To remove the axle shaft you would need to push the axle shaft inward and remove axle shaft C-lock.
