    Comments about Driveworks V-Ribbed Belt:

I bought an economy belt figuring it would last the life of my vehicle which already has 175,000+ miles on it. Tension was according to owner's manual specs. The belt snapped, quite cleanly, after 2-3 weeks, under 125 miles. This fact leads me to believe that it was this one belt that had a flaw in it of some kind, a fluke, and not the whole line of belts by the manufacturer. I've replaced it with the more expensive belt and after 75 miles no problems. Here's hoping.
