Comments about Driveworks Suspension Control Arm and Ball Joint Assembly:

Replaced both control arms because one bushing was bad on one side. One ball joint was drilled for the included zerk fitting and the other one was not. Remember to rotate the ball joint stud before installation so that the cotter pin hole is easy to access once installed.

Comments about Driveworks Suspension Control Arm and Ball Joint Assembly:

No issues with part. It functions as expected. Want to point out two things. 1) it doesn't come with new ABS wire clips and Advance does not carry them. They are one time use in my opinion. I have tie wraps on there temporarily. 2) I was concerned before getting under vehicle that one of the forward bushings was pressed from wrong side and offset is longer in one direction. The left and right arms DO have forward bushing pressed from opposite sides due to way arm is welded together and flipped over for opposite side.

Comments about Driveworks Suspension Control Arm and Ball Joint Assembly:

This product is perfect when needing to replace ANY of the bushings OR lower ball joint in the control arm. Just unbolt from the frame, knock the ball joint loose, then replace! No more beating the ball joint out and in and for the price why waste the time! Any time I have to replace lower ball joints I will certainly buy the whole control arm! SOOOO much easier! Yes, I am a mechanic but this was able to be done in my driveway at home without using air tools. I would recommend anyone needing to replace a lower ball joint to just buy the whole assembly.

Similar to OEM. Would have been nice if it were a serviceable ball joint, but can't complain for the price! Bought another one for the other side.
