Comments about Driveworks Steering Tie Rod End:

I bought the items online and the checkout was a breeze. I elected to pick it up at the nearest store available which is 45 minutes away from me. When I got home and hand it over to my mechanic, he told me that it was not the correct parts! I asked him,"what are you talking about? I double check when I bought it online and then double check it again with the guy at the counter when I picked it up. It's for 99 maxima!". He said, "Nope! this thing is huge. It's for a truck or something...". Then when we looked at the box, lo and behold it's a different part number. It's supposed to be 3438 but i got 3427TC. I was kicking myself for not checking the boxes before I leave the store. That's 1 1/2hr wasted drive.
So ladies and gentlemen, make sure you check the box parts number before you leave the store. It never happened to me before. I always shop at Advance. Always trusted the man at the counter. I'm not saying don't trust them anymore. Just double check because they are human like us - Make mistakes too.
