Same question for my 94 ranger. this goes on the end of the rear axle? And also trying to find the correct bearing. I'm assuming I need to replace them also.

        A:

I'd be happy to help you with that! This is the rear wheel seal that is located next to the wheel bearings. It would be best to replace the wheel bearings while you are replacing this seal. There are different part number depending on the differential pinion ring size. This seal is for a 7.5" 28 spline ring gear. If you need assistance in locating the correct parts, give us a call at 1-877-ADVANCE (238-2623) and one of our representatives will be happy to help.

My 86 Ford Ranger has grease seeping into the rear driver's side brake assembly. Is this the correct seal for the axle?
