Type is pinion seal, not axle shaft

    Comments about Driveworks Oil Seal:

The description shown on this seal (Rear axle;outer) can be misleading. This is not the seal that goes in the axle tube at the wheel (which I referred to as the 'axle seal')Federal Mogul types this as the pinion shaft seal. If you want the seal at the wheel, look up wheel seal, not axle seal.

Seal DOES NOT fit C 8.25 rear end

    Comments about Driveworks Oil Seal:

I ordered these on line and unfortunately had to make the trip to the store after comparing them to the seals that I removed to confirm that these indeed are not the seals for the Chrysler 8.25" rear axle.
