Comments about Driveworks Hub & Bearing Assembly:

Perfect fit direct replacement on my 2006 Maxima. I have purchased 2 and one of them failed in under a year. Advanced Auto replaced it without any issues under warranty. I noticed that the new one's housing was cast slightly differently but it did not impact fit at all. I suspect they get these from different sources. I hope the new ones last longer.

    Should have bought sooner

Comments about Driveworks Hub & Bearing Assembly:

Replaced both wheel assemblies on the back of my wife's car in under an hour. No special tools needed, just a ratchet. This was for a 2006 nissan altima.
We went on vacation and while on the way home it started getting louder and louder, to the point it sounded like there were giant mudders on the back of the car. It was so loud that we couldn't carry on a conversation over the noise. A quick search and I found that the wheel hub assembly was most likely the culprit. I checked online and picked up the pair in the store 30 minutes later. Decided that there was no point in not doing both at the same time.
If you can replace the brake pads then you can replace this. My wife's car now is as quiet as the day we drove it off the lot.

Comments about Driveworks Hub & Bearing Assembly:

Installed this product in the rear passenger side of my 2007 Nissan Maxima SE - installation was easy, and the bearings worked fine - however the car's ABS sensor (also know as wheel speed sensor) was unable to properly detect wheel speed after installing this product - thereby causing the ABS system to behave erratically. After examining the sensor for problems, and doing extensive online research, I decided to try putting the OLD hub & bearing assembly back in. The ABS issue disappeared. I returned this Driveworks hub to Advance Auto, where the manager said I was not the first person to have an issue with a Driveworks product. I purchased the hub made by Moog - it was about $40 more, but the manager gave me a discount for my trouble, and the Moog hub worked perfectly, no issues. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING WITH THE MOOG hub & bearing assembly instead of this Driveworks one.
